At Hoteles Memorables de Colombia , we understand that some guests wish to travel with their pets while visiting our destinations in Antioquia.

Pet acceptance is not generally available at all our hotels. Each request must be submitted to and approved in advance by the selected hotel, according to its specific conditions, availability and internal guidelines.

Our Corporate Policies and Guest Responsibilities When Traveling with Pets establish the guidelines related to the admission, stay and care of dogs, cats and assistance animals within our facilities. These provisions apply only when the selected hotel has previously authorized the animal’s admission.

Traveling with an authorized pet involves additional responsibilities. These provisions therefore address matters related to the animal’s behavior, the use of common areas, hygiene conditions, continuous supervision and the owner’s responsibility for any situation that may arise during the stay.

Our objective is to maintain a balance between the experience of guests who receive authorization to travel with their pets and the comfort of all other guests. These policies help us provide an organized, safe and respectful environment throughout our boutique hotels in Antioquia.

Guest commitment

By staying with a previously authorized pet at one of our hotels in Antioquia, you agree to comply with the conditions established in this policy and assume full responsibility for the animal’s behavior, care and supervision throughout the stay.

Guests must ensure that their pet remains under control at all times, respects the authorized areas and does not create any situation that may affect the safety, comfort or peace of mind of other guests.
