Depending on availability and occupancy, we can offer an early check-in or late check-out. We can also store your bags at the hotel reception.

Policy: pet acceptance varies by hotel.
Pets not accepted: Casa Passiflora, Casa Jacaranda and Casa Cedrela, in compliance with Law 9 of 1979 (art. 265), which prohibits animals in areas related to food or beverages in commercial establishments.
Pets accepted: Casa Linaje, Casa Bixa and Fina Estampa Country Hotel, upon prior request and management approval. Maximum one (1) pet per room. An additional nightly charge applies.

Policy: it depends on the hotel, since each property has a different age policy.
- Casa Passiflora (Jardín): welcomes children of all ages. Children under 10 stay free of charge, but breakfast is not included for them.
- Casa Bixa (Santa Fe de Antioquia): only admits guests over 12 years old. The facilities are not designed for young children due to the conditions of the common areas and the pool.
- Casa Jacaranda and Casa Cedrela (Cauca Viejo, Jericó): only admit guests over 14 years old. The facilities are not designed for young children due to the conditions of the pool and other social areas.
- Casa Linaje (Cauca Viejo, Jericó): only admits guests over 10 years old. The facilities are not designed for young children.
- Fina Estampa Country Hotel (La Oculta, Támesis): only admits guests over 10 years old. The facilities are not designed for young children.
Requirement: minors must carry an ID document proving their relationship to their parents. If traveling with someone other than their parents, they must present a notarized authorization.
All of our hotels offer free parking for guests.
At Casa Passiflora Hotel Boutique (Jardín) and Casa Bixa Hotel Boutique (Santa Fe de Antioquia), we have an agreement with private parking lots near the hotel. To use this service you must reserve the space, and it's subject to availability.
At Casa Jacaranda Hotel Boutique, Casa Cedrela Hotel Boutique and Casa Linaje Hotel Boutique (Cauca Viejo, Jericó) you can park on the street next to the hotel entrance or at the main park, since Cauca Viejo is a private property)

- Guests may cancel and/or modify their reservation up to 10 days before the arrival date; for cancellations, the 30% deposit paid at booking is non-refundable.
- If you cancel or modify the reservation after the allowed period, 100% of the accommodation value will be charged.
- In case of modification, the reservation is subject to availability and to the rate in effect for the new dates.
- Holiday weekends and some high-season dates may be subject to minimum-stay restrictions.

Payment policy: 30% must be paid at the time of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE; the remaining 70% must be paid 10 days before arrival for individual reservations, or 20 days before arrival for reservations of more than 2 rooms.
- Online booking: we charge the guarantee amount to the credit card you provided when booking.

If you fail to show up on your reservation dates, 100% of the accommodation value will be charged as a No-Show fee.
We do not offer day passes at any of our hotels, in order to protect the privacy and rest of our guests. The pools, hot tubs and common areas are for the exclusive use of our guests.
Our ÓLEO BISTRÓ restaurants in Jardín and Santa Fe de Antioquia are open to the public.
Our restaurant at Casa Jacaranda Hotel Boutique and Casa Cedrela Hotel Boutique in Cauca Viejo, Jericó are NOT open to the public, but depending on occupancy and availability, exceptions may be made with reservations previously authorized by management.
Breakfast: included in the rate at all 6 hotels.
Full board: only Fina Estampa Country Hotel (Támesis) includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the rate. At the other hotels we have an à la carte restaurant, with delicious, varied options for every taste and budget.
Recommendation: in Jardín and Santa Fe de Antioquia we don't recommend all-inclusive meal plans, since part of the destination's appeal is trying the region's cuisine at nearby spots.
We can arrange a meal-inclusive plan at the hotels that don't offer it by default, but you'll need to contact us for a quote.
Each destination has different attractions, so at every hotel we can advise you and help you plan and book the activities that interest you most.
You can also add special decoration to your room or to a table at the restaurant.
If you need something specific, write to us and we'll quote it according to your needs.
At some hotels we have an agreement with local massage therapists, who can visit you for a relaxing massage with prior reservation. The rate and type of massage vary by destination, availability and season.
Policy: yes, we offer free WiFi throughout the hotel at all 6 hotels. More information at reception.
Yes, we have hosted social and corporate events. Since every event is unique and special, we can send you a personalized quote based on your preferences.
