Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute), Hoteles Memorables de Colombia S.A.S informs its users and guests of the conditions applicable to the right of withdrawal for purchases made through our official website and/or any electronic channel hotelesmemorables.com.
1. Right of Withdrawal
When a guest makes a reservation or purchase through our website and/or any electronic channel, they may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days following the purchase confirmation.
This right applies only when the Check-in date is not scheduled within the five (5) business days following the reservation.
The right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases:
- Reservations whose Check-in date is within five (5) business days from the purchase.
- Reservations acquired under a non-refundable rate.
- Promotions or plans with special conditions expressly indicated.
2. Procedure to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the reservation holder must send a formal request to the following email address:
marketing@eehoteles.com The message must include:
- Full name of the reservation holder
- Confirmation number
- Date of purchase
- Payment method used
- Express request for withdrawal
Once the request is received, compliance with the legal conditions for its validity will be verified.
3. Refund
If the right of withdrawal is applicable, Hoteles Memorables will make a full refund of the amount paid, without any deductions, within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the request.
The refund will be made:
- By bank transfer in the name of the reservation holder, or
- By reversion to the credit card used for the purchase, according to the payment method used.
4. Exclusions
This Withdrawal Policy does not apply to:
- Reservations identified as Non-Refundable.
- Promotional rates with special conditions previously informed.
- Services already rendered or consumed.
