Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with Law 1480 of 2011 —Colombian Consumer Statute—, Hoteles Memorables de Colombia S.A.S. informs its users and guests of the conditions applicable to the right of withdrawal for purchases made through our official website and/or any electronic channel.

1. Right of withdrawal
When a guest makes a reservation or purchase through our website and/or any electronic channel, they may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days following confirmation of the purchase.
This right applies only when the check-in date is not scheduled within five (5) business days following the reservation date.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:
- Reservations whose check-in date is less than five (5) business days from the purchase date.
- Reservations purchased under a non-refundable rate or modality.
- Promotions or packages with special conditions expressly indicated.
2. Procedure to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the reservation holder must send a formal request to the following email address:

- Full name of the reservation holder.
- Confirmation number.
- Purchase date.
- Payment method used.
- Express request to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Once the request has been received, compliance with the legal requirements for its applicability will be verified.
3. Refund
If the right of withdrawal is applicable, Hoteles Memorables will refund the full amount paid, without any deductions, within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the request.
The refund will be made:
- By bank deposit in the name of the reservation holder.
- Through reversal to the credit card used for the purchase, according to the payment method used.
4. Exclusions
This Right of Withdrawal Policy does not apply to:
- Reservations identified as Non-Refundable.
- Promotional rates with special conditions previously informed.
- Services already provided or consumed.
