4. Liability
Hoteles Memorables shall not be liable for information not contained on the website, nor for the possible interruption or temporary unavailability of the website arising from technical causes, maintenance or circumstances beyond its control.
The services offered are subject to specific regulations, terms of use and availability.
5. Limitation of liability
Hoteles Memorables does not guarantee that the website will be free from technical errors or interruptions. The user assumes the inherent risk of using the Internet and agrees to use the website under their own responsibility.
The company shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website.
6. Third-party links

8. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Colombian courts.
9. Tourism and legal regulations
Hoteles Memorables de Colombia informs its guests of the following:
- In compliance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, concerning the prevention and fight against sexual exploitation involving minors, we reject any form of sexual and commercial exploitation of children and adolescents.
- Law 1336 of 2009 amended and strengthened the previous law, requiring tourism service providers to implement a Code of Conduct.
Protection of minors and prevention of CSEC
In compliance with Article 44 of the Political Constitution of Colombia, Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, Law 1098 of 2006 —Childhood and Adolescence Code— and Article 33 of Law 2068 of 2020, Hoteles Memorables de Colombia is committed to the comprehensive protection of minors and the prevention of the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents —CSEC—.
Therefore, when traveling with minors under 18 years of age, it is mandatory to present the original Birth Certificate or an authenticated copy of the minor’s Birth Certificate to prove the relationship with the accompanying parents.
If the minor is traveling with a third party, whether relatives or acquaintances, a copy of the parents’ identity documents and an original travel authorization must be attached, signed and authenticated before a Public Notary by both parents or by the person who has legal custody, in accordance with the child protection policies established in Law 1098 of 2006 —Childhood and Adolescence Code— and Article 33 of Law 2068 of 2020.
In this establishment, we reject and report any form of exploitation, pornography and sexual tourism involving minors. In compliance with Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009, we strictly adopt the Code of Conduct for the prevention of the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents —CSEC—.
The sexual exploitation and abuse of minors are punished in Colombia with imprisonment and the permanent closure of the commercial establishment.
We require the mandatory identification of minors through their Birth Certificate and the corresponding authenticated authorization when they are not traveling with their parents.
- Law 1098 of 2006 —Childhood and Adolescence Code, or the regulation that amends it—, in accordance with Article 44 of the Political Constitution of Colombia —the best interests of the child and the shared responsibility of society and commercial establishments in their protection—.
Article 44 of the Political Constitution of Colombia
The fundamental rights of children are: life, physical integrity, health and social security, balanced nutrition, their name and nationality, having a family and not being separated from it, care and love, education and culture, recreation and the free expression of their opinion.
They shall be protected against all forms of abandonment, physical or moral violence, kidnapping, sale, sexual abuse, labor or economic exploitation and hazardous work.
They shall also enjoy the other rights enshrined in the Constitution, the laws and the international treaties ratified by Colombia.
The family, society and the State have the obligation to assist and protect children in order to guarantee their harmonious and comprehensive development and the full exercise of their rights.
Any person may demand compliance with these rights and the punishment of offenders before the competent authority. The rights of children prevail over the rights of others.

Article 33 of Law 2068 of 2020
The provision of tourist accommodation and/or day-use services to minors who are not accompanied or authorized by at least one of their parents or legal guardians is prohibited.
In case of doubt regarding whether a person is of legal age or a minor, minority shall be presumed, under the terms of paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Childhood and Adolescence Code.
The establishment shall immediately inform the competent authorities if it identifies the possible commission of a crime or a risk of violation of the rights of the children or adolescents involved.
Campaigns, training and control of establishments, agencies, platforms, operators and persons in the tourism sector regarding the prevention of the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents shall be strengthened. For this purpose, the National Government shall determine the actions, indicators, goals, continuous reporting mechanisms and improvement strategies, as well as their periodic monitoring, in accordance with current regulations on transparency and citizen participation.
- Law 124 of 1994: the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited.
- Law 30 of 1986: excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health.
- Law 17 of 1981 and Law 299 of 1996: wildlife and wild flora are protected.
- Law 1185 of 2008: illegal trafficking of cultural property is prohibited.
- Law 1335 of 2009: tobacco smoke-free spaces.
Right of Withdrawal Policy
In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, when making a reservation or purchase through our website and/or any electronic channel, the user may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days following confirmation of the purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send their request to the email address
marketing@eehoteles.com, indicating full name, identification document, reservation or purchase number, purchase date and contact information.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to reservations whose check-in date is less than five (5) days from the purchase date, nor to non-refundable reservations.
The refund shall be made within fifteen (15) calendar days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, without deductions, by bank deposit or reversal to the card used.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
- A charge equivalent to 30% of the total reservation value is made at the time of confirmation. This amount is non-refundable.
- The remaining 70% must be paid five (5) days before the arrival date.
- Cancellations are allowed up to five (5) days before check-in.
- After this period, 100% of the accommodation value will be charged.
- In case of no-show, 100% of the reserved value will be charged.
- Special dates and high seasons may have minimum-stay restrictions.
Stay Terms and Conditions
- Minors must carry a document proving their relationship with the accompanying adult.
- All guests must register with an original physical identification document.
- Visitors after 10:00 p.m. may generate an additional charge.
- Guest changes are not allowed after check-in.
- Parking service is provided at no additional cost for one vehicle per room.
- Wi-Fi Internet service is provided at no additional cost in all areas.
- Pet policies vary depending on the hotel.
Offers and Promotions
- Promotions cannot be combined.
- They apply only to new reservations.
- They are valid only for direct reservations.
- In 2×1 promotions, the night with the highest value must be paid.
- All offers are subject to specific conditions and availability.
