9. Tourism and Legal Regulations
Hoteles Memorables informs its guests:
In compliance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, we reject any form of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
Law 124 of 1994: The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited.
Law 30 of 1986: Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health.
Law 17 of 1981 and Law 299 of 1996: Wildlife and flora are protected.
Law 1185 of 2008: Illegal trafficking of cultural property is prohibited.
Law 1335 of 2009: Smoke-free spaces.
Withdrawal Policy
In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, when you make a reservation or purchase through our website and/or any electronic channel, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within five (5) business days following the purchase confirmation.
The right of withdrawal will not apply to reservations whose Check-in date is within five (5) days from the purchase, nor to Non-Refundable reservations.
The refund will be made within fifteen (15) calendar days following the exercise of the withdrawal, without deductions, by bank transfer or reversion to the card used for payment.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
30% of the total reservation is charged at the time of confirmation (non-refundable).
The remaining 70% must be paid 10 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations are permitted up to 10 days before Check-in.
After that period, 100% of the accommodation value will be charged.
In case of No-show, 100% of the reserved value will be charged.
Special dates and high season may have minimum stay restrictions.
Terms and Conditions of Stay
Minors must carry a document proving family relationship.
All guests must register with an original physical ID document.
Visitors after 10:00 p.m. may incur an additional charge.
No guest changes are permitted after Check-in.
Parking service at no additional cost (one vehicle per room).
WiFi Internet at no cost in all areas.
Pet policies vary by hotel.
Offers and Promotions
Promotions are not cumulative.
Applicable only for new reservations.
Valid only for direct bookings.
In 2×1 promotions, the higher-value night is charged.
