Policy: Casa Bixa only admits guests over 12 years old.
Requirement: underage guests must carry an ID document proving their relationship to their parents. If traveling with someone other than their parents, they must present a notarized authorization.
Policy: We are very close to the park and in the town center, so the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot. We have a few reserved private parking spots for our guests. This service is included in the rate, but it's provided by someone outside the hotel. Prior reservation is required and it's subject to availability.
Note: In Santa Fe de Antioquia you can park on the streets around the park, in spaces managed by the town hall (paid).
