Check-in is from 3:00 pm and Check-out until 1:00 pm. Depending on availability and occupancy, we can arrange an early check-in or late check-out. We can also store your bags at the hotel reception.

Note: parking is included in the rate until 12:00 pm on the day of Check-out; if you'd like to leave your car longer, additional hours will be charged.

Policy: We do not accept pets at this hotel, in compliance with Law 9 of 1979 (art. 265), which prohibits animals in areas related to food or beverages in commercial establishments.

Policy: This hotel is for guests over 14 years old. The facilities are not designed for young children, due to constraints around the pool and other social areas.

Requirement: minors (between 14 and 17 years old) must carry an ID document proving their relationship to their parents. If traveling with someone other than their parents, they must present a notarized authorization.

Policy: yes, we have parking outside the hotel. Cauca Viejo is a private community that charges approximately $30,000 COP per vehicle entry.

Payment policy: 30% must be paid at the time of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE; the remaining 70% must be paid 10 days before arrival for individual reservations, or 20 days before arrival for reservations of more than 2 rooms.

Policy: We do not offer day passes. The hotel's facilities are for the exclusive use of our guests.

Breakfast: included in the rate.

The Cauca Viejo private community charges an entrance fee of $30,000 COP per car. This fee is paid at the entrance gate by QR code or in cash.
