Check in is from 3:00 pm and Check out until 1:00 pm.
Depending on availability and occupancy, we can do early check in or late check out. We can also store your bags at the hotel reception.
NOTE: Parking is included in the rate until 1:00 pm on the day of check out, if you want to leave the car for longer, you can be charged for additional hours.
Breakfast hours are 7 am - 10 am every day.
Breakfast is included for our guests.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets to enter the hotel, since we must comply with Law 9 of 1979 that is in force: "art 265 The presence of animals should not be allowed in areas where any activity is carried out in industrial or commercial establishments, related with food or drink.
Yes we allow children. Children under 10 years of age do not have accommodation costs, but they do not have breakfast included either. Minors must carry an identity document that proves their relationship with their parents, in case of traveling with people other than their parents, they must present an authorization authenticated by a notary.
We are very close to the park and in the urban area, so the hotel does not have its own parking lot. We have reserved cells with private parking for our guests. This service is included in the rate, but it is provided by a person outside the hotel. Advance reservation is required and is subject to availability.
In the Jardin you can NOT park on the street 2 blocks around the main square, you can park on the street one block above the hotel

We do not offer day fees. The patio with hot tub is for exclusive use of our hotel guests.
Our ÓLEO BISTRÓ restaurant is open to the public.
Breakfast is included in the rates.
At the hotel we have an à la carte restaurant with delicious and varied options for all tastes and budgets.
We do not recommend buying plans with all meals included, since one of the main attractions of Jardín is its wide gastronomic offer and some of the tours include meals.
We can arrange a plan with lunch and/or dinner included, but you must contact us to quote this option.
Most of the things to do in Jardín are free or with third parties (for example: the coffee tours are with the coffee farms). At the hotel we can advise you and help you plan and book activities that catch your eye.
